April Pettit Memorial Foundation The April Pettit Memorial Foundation is named in honor of April Pettit, who died at the age of 22 in 2007. She was born with Ring Chromosome 13, a rare genetic disorder, and was not expected to live past the age of 1 or 2. She could never walk or talk, but she touched many lives in the Woodstown area. The Foundation named in her honor has raised money for Marlton Park and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Bio: Ladies, chivalry isn’t dead! This southern gentleman has good manners, removes his hat when he goes inside, holds doors for people, and is always willing to lend a hand. Originally from Texas, Joe likes to ride horses and wrestle steer at the rodeo and cares for horses, dogs, and cats on the family farm. He enjoys country, old rock, and alternative music and has been known to two-step, maybe after a 12-pack, citing his two left feet. His favorite TV show is NCIS, but he’d prefer to hang out on the front porch when the weather’s nice. His favorite food is pizza, and he also enjoys going to Rushes for a nice meal. Joe would someday love to travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. A quote that holds meaning for him is, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to stand by and do nothing” (Edmund Burke). One of the good guys still remains, ladies. Check him out!

Well I went down to the Grundy County auction - Where I saw somethin' I just had to have - My mind told me I should proceed with caution - But my heart said go ahead make a bid on that
And I said Hey pretty lady won't you give me a sign - I'd give anything to make you mine all mine - I'll do your biddin' and be at your beck and call - Yeah I've never seen anyone lookin' so fine - Man I gotta have her - She's a one-of-a-kind - I'm goin' once, goin' twice - I'm sold to the lady in the second row - She's an eight, she's a nine, she's a ten I know - She's got ruby red lips blonde hair blue eyes - An' I'm about to bid my heart good-byyye - Well the auctioneer was goin' about a mile a minute - He was takin' bids and callin' them out loud - And I guess I was really gettin' in it - Cuz I just shouted out above the crowd
